He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a bachelor's degree in business management.Munger said he opted to stay in Dundee because of the warm welcome he received from employees and the teamwork they had developed during his time as temporary finance director.
"I saw a lot of positive things happening here," he said, adding that the turnover in staff didn't scare him. "They want to move forward."
He said he believes in teamwork, cross-training, valuing the work of each individual employee and asking questions.
"I'm not afraid to ask questions," he said, his voice laced with the French accent of his native Quebec. "I'm learning from them because they have a lot of knowledge. Let's use the expertise of everyone and put it together."
His to-do list includes phasing in a new computer software package that will provide an integrated system that allows records to be updated at the point of service. More>>
